Q: How do I reserve my game package? 

A: 1. Choose your preferred date for your Life-Size extravaganza! 

    2. Pick your GAME PACKAGE and any add-ons.

    3.  Explore our photo gallery and pick the games that perfectly match your gaming preferences.

    4.  Book your reservation. If you have any questions, give us a call at 478-239-4234.

Q: When should I make a reservation? 

A:  🔐 We highly recommend booking your game package at least 2 WEEKS in advance to secure the perfect time slot for your event. Our availability tends to fill up fast, especially during the sun-soaked summer months of June, July, and August! 🌞☀️ However, don't worry if you're planning ahead - feel free to book several months in advance to guarantee your spot. 

A. Need a game package within 24 hours? We understand that life can be unpredictable, so feel free to reach out to us for availability. While we can't promise anything, we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

Q: Do I have to pay the full balance when booking? 

A: NO, we require a $50 Non-Refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due before drop off. 

Q: Am I responsible for the integrity of the equipment?

A. Yes, the equipment's security will be the customer's responsibility during their rental period. Any LOST, DAMAGED, BROKEN, or DESTROYED equipment will be charged to the RENTER

Q: What type of surface can the games be played on? 

A: You can play on just about any FLAT surface (asphalt, cement, and grass). The surface MUST be FIRM and DRY. We will NOT set up in MUDDY or WET conditions.

Q: What happens if it rains are the weather does not permit my rental from taking place? 

A:   We will NOT set up in MUDDY or WET conditions. (It is the renter's responsibility to check the weather) We will allow one (1) reschedule if it is raining.

Q: Will I be required to set up/ break down any of the rental equipment are games?

A. No, to ensure proper assembly ALL items MUST be set up and broken down by the delivery team. This ensures ALL safety measures are met per our insurance policy.  (The area for set-up must be free and clear upon our arrival)

 

Q: Can I pick up the items myself to avoid the delivery fee? 

A: NO, we DO NOT currently allow for customer "pick-ups" of any orders. We will deliver ALL rental orders to the delivery address on the Agreement. If you need the equipment overnight, there is an additional free that can be added to your package.

Q: Can we set up/ operate in public parks? ​

A: Yes, parks are an excellent place to have the Giant Games. It is important to check with your Parks and Recreation Department beforehand to see if there are any permits required. 

Q: What type of events are the games suited for? 

A: Our Giant Games are a great addition to Birthday Parties, Bar Mitzvahs, School Events, Churches Events, Weddings, Pool Parties, Parks, Backyard Parties, Corporate events, and more.
